A digital school stamp that looks official on every document
A photographed stamp looks blurry on every receipt. Design your own and it appears crisp on every document.
Enaton lets a school design its own official stamp inside the system, check it on a real receipt, report card and letter, and take it live. From that moment the stamp appears, crisp and correct, on every document the school produces.

What it does
Enaton lets a school design its own official stamp inside the system, check it on a real receipt, report card and letter, and take it live. From that moment the stamp appears, crisp and correct, on every document the school produces.

- Download the artwork and have a stamp maker cut the physical rubber stamp to match
- Uploading a picture of your existing stamp stays available, so nothing you do today stops working
One official stamp, on every document
Design it inside Enaton, check it on a receipt, and it appears everywhere. No photographed rubber stamp.
- Receipts, report cards and letters
- Redesign it any time
What changes on Enaton
Before
- A phone photograph of a rubber stamp, skewed and grey
- The desk visible behind it, or the school name cropped through
- A different looking stamp on every kind of document
- Changing it means finding the stamp, the ink pad and a steady hand
On Enaton
- A stamp drawn cleanly, sharp at any size, on screen and in print
- Your own name, box number and town, laid out the way a stamp maker would
- One official mark across receipts, report cards and letters
- Redesign it yourself, whenever you like

The most official mark on the page is the worst looking thing on it
Every fee receipt carries the school stamp, and in most systems that stamp is a photograph. Somebody pressed the rubber stamp on a sheet of paper, took a picture of it with a phone, and uploaded it. What reaches the parent is skewed and grey, sometimes with the desk visible behind it, sometimes cropped through the school’s own name.
It is the single mark that is supposed to say this document is genuine, and it is the one part of the page that looks improvised. Parents notice. So does anybody the receipt is later shown to.
Schools live with it because fixing it meant owning design software and knowing how a stamp is meant to be drawn. So the stamp and the system stayed two separate things, joined by a phone camera.
How Enaton handles it
The stamp is designed where it is used. You open the stamp designer, choose a starting point drawn from what Kenyan stamp makers actually cut, and your school’s real name, box number and town are already in it. The choice is about the look, not the typing.
You adjust the wording, the ink colour and the size, and check the result on three realistic documents before you commit to anything. When you are satisfied you take it live, and it becomes the school’s official mark on everything Enaton produces. There is no rubber stamp to find, no ink pad, and nothing to photograph.
Questions we get about this
Do we still need a physical rubber stamp?
Not for anything Enaton produces. Every receipt, report card and letter carries the stamp automatically. If you also want a physical stamp, you can download the artwork and have a stamp maker cut one that matches exactly.
Can we see the stamp on a real document before it becomes official?
Yes. You check it on a fee receipt, a report card and an official letter at real size, and you can design and compare as many versions as you like first.
Do we have to type our school details in?
No. Your school’s name, box number and town are already in every starting design, so you are choosing a look rather than filling in a form.
4 more questions
Can we change the stamp later?
Yes, as often as you like. Redesign it and take the new version live, and documents produced from then on carry it.
We already uploaded a picture of our stamp. Does that stop working?
No. Uploading your own stamp image stays available and keeps working. The designer is there for schools that want something cleaner than a photograph.
Does a group of schools share one stamp?
Each school has its own stamp with its own name and address, which is how a stamp works on paper too.
What does the digital stamp cost?
It is an add-on from Enaton, priced with your school, and it works inside the system you already use. There is no designer to hire and nothing to install.
