The school management system that runs the whole institution
Academics, fees, transport, parents, payroll and stores on one platform for Kenyan schools running CBC, 8-4-4 and Cambridge. Every module is switched on from the first day, and they all read the same balance, so what the bursar sees is what the parent sees.

How much is your school owed right now, and who is chasing it?
That is 35% of a term sitting in parents' pockets, chased by hand. Defaults are real Enaton figures averaged across two live schools.
Show me how to close itA parent pays on any of these and it lands on the right learner, on the right vote head, in about a minute. Nobody types it in, and nobody hunts through a WhatsApp group for a screenshot. If your school banks somewhere else we build that connection rather than asking you to move bank.
Your records are not wrong. They are just in six places
Most schools we meet are not badly run. They are running a real institution on tools that were never built to talk to each other.
A parent pays by M-Pesa and sends the screenshot to a WhatsApp group.
The payment lands on the right learner and the right votehead by itself. The receipt reaches the parent before they have put the phone down.
The bursar reconciles the bank statement by hand at the end of the week.
Bank and M-Pesa payments arrive already matched. Reconciliation becomes a check, not a job.
Nobody knows the real balance until someone opens the spreadsheet.
One balance. Finance, academics, transport and the parent portal all read the same figure at the same moment.
Fee reminders quote a number that was true last Tuesday.
Every reminder works from the balance as it stands the moment it sends. A parent who paid this morning is never asked again.
Report cards wait for the one teacher who has not entered marks.
Marks go in once. Grading, ranking, competency mapping and the report card come out the other side.
The director asks how collection is going and waits two days for an answer.
They open the dashboard. Every branch, every class, today.
One payment. Four things happen
A parent sends fees on a Saturday morning. By the time they have put the phone down, this has already finished.
No member of staff opened a screen, and it was the weekend. On Monday the bursar checks the end of day report, which is now the whole job.
Set the rules once. Enaton holds the school to them
Most systems store what you type into them. Enaton also checks the school against the rules your directors set, and tells you when something does not line up.
Nothing consequential happens unsigned
A fee structure cannot change without the approvals you decided it needs. A waiver above your limit waits for the director. Every decision is recorded against a person and a time, and that record cannot be quietly edited afterwards.
Clearance is never out of date
A clearance card is worked out at the moment it prints, so it can never show yesterday's position. When a parent pays enough, access comes back on its own and the confirmation goes out without anyone opening a screen.
A parent who owes nothing is never chased
A family with a zero balance cannot receive a demand for money, even by accident. That is built into how reminders work, not a setting somebody has to remember to check. It is the difference between chasing fees and damaging relationships.
The same Tuesday, run two ways
How it usually goes
- A parent pays by M-Pesa and sends the screenshot to a WhatsApp group, hoping somebody sees it
- The bursar works down a bank statement by hand, matching payments to learners by eye
- Nobody can say what the school is owed today until somebody opens the spreadsheet and adds it up
- A reminder goes out quoting a balance that was true last Tuesday, so a parent who paid is chased anyway
- The director asks how collection is going and waits two days for an answer
With Enaton
- The payment lands on the right learner and the right vote head, and the receipt reaches the parent in about a minute
- M-Pesa, Equity Bank, KCB Bank, NBK, Family Bank, Co-operative Bank and I&M Bank payments all arrive already matched, so reconciliation is a check rather than a job
- One balance. Finance, academics, transport and the parent portal all read the same figure at the same moment
- Every reminder works out the balance as it sends, and a family who owes nothing cannot be sent a demand at all
- The director opens the dashboard. Every branch, every class, today
Twenty one modules, one balance
Every one has its own page, because a director comparing systems deserves more than a card with four words on it.
Want to see this on your own school?
Bring a fee structure and a class list. Thirty minutes, no slides, and we will tell you what it would cost and how long moving would take.
From as low as KES 4,060 a month, never per learner. Every module, migration, training and support included.
The reason schools get recommended at the gate
A parent who can see what they owe, prove they paid it and watch the bus arrive is a parent who tells other parents about your school.
- One account for the family
- Every child, even at different schools in the group, under one sign in with one total. No password to forget, just their phone number.
- The four questions, answered
- What do I owe, did you get my payment, how is my child doing, and where is the bus. Every one of those is a phone call your office no longer takes.
- They can pay from the same screen
- M-Pesa without leaving the portal or remembering a paybill. The balance moves and the receipt exists before they put the phone down.
Three curricula, properly. Not one approximated into another
Plenty of systems claim more than one curriculum and deliver a single grading model with the labels changed. A CBC report card is not an 8-4-4 report card with different words on it, and a school running both knows the difference immediately.
CBC
Learning areas, strands, sub strands and objectives, with competency grading and assessment books that follow a learner across the years.

Every figure on this site uses the lowest end of what we actually run, so none of it needs defending. Here is the working.
Billed and tracked, not collected. Collection is the gap this platform exists to close, and pretending otherwise would be the opposite of the point.
From as low as this, with everything switched on
For your school, with every module included. Groups running several schools are quoted, and we will tell you where you land before you commit to anything.
- Never per learner, so a school that grows pays no more
- Every module from the first day, nothing held back for a higher tier
- No setup fee, billed monthly
Priced per learner, a school that grows is a school that pays more for the same software. We do not think growing should be taxed, so a school going from three hundred learners to a thousand pays exactly what it paid before.
What schools ask us first
Does Enaton handle CBC, 8-4-4 and Cambridge in the same school?
Yes, and each is set up properly rather than approximated. CBC runs on learning areas, strands, sub strands and objectives with competency grading. 8-4-4 runs on subjects and papers with points. Cambridge runs IGCSE and A level with its own grading structures. A school running two or three at once is normal for us.
How do M-Pesa fee payments reach the right learner?
A parent pays to the school’s own M-Pesa or bank account and Enaton records it against the right learner and the right vote head, usually within a minute. M-Pesa, Equity Bank, KCB Bank, NBK, Family Bank, Co-operative Bank and I&M Bank are all connected today, and any other bank is built on request. The parent gets a receipt they can keep, and anyone can check that receipt is genuine from a public link without needing an account.
What does Enaton cost?
From as low as KES 4,060 a month for your school, with every module switched on from the first day. It is never priced per learner, so growing from 400 learners to 900 costs you nothing extra, and there is no setup fee. Groups running several schools are quoted.
Is Enaton ready for KEMIS?
Yes. Learner and staff records are kept in the shape KEMIS expects, so returns are prepared from data the school already maintains day to day rather than assembled from scratch each time.
We are on Excel. How long does moving take?
We bring across learners, parents and guardians, staff, classes and streams, fee balances, past payments and academic results. How long depends on how tidy the existing records are, which we tell you after looking rather than before. Training and go live support are part of setup, not an extra line on the invoice.
Can Enaton manage several schools under one organisation?
Yes. A group runs every branch from one place, with its own dashboards per school and across all of them, and staff who work across sites carry the right access at each one. The price does not change with the number of schools.
Who owns the school’s data?
The school does. Your records are kept separately from every other school on the platform, access is controlled by role down to individual screens, and you can export your data whenever you ask for it.
What happens when something goes wrong?
You reach a person inside the system itself rather than an email queue, and we can see the same screen you are describing. We also push collections, audit your own records with you, and retrain staff as they change. Support is part of the subscription.
See it running on your own numbers
Thirty minutes, your fee structure, your classes. We will show you the gap and exactly how it closes.
