Thirty minutes, on your own numbers. You bring a fee structure and a class list, we show you what it looks like in Enaton. No slide deck.
- 02 We look at your records
Before promising a timeline we look at what you actually have, whether that is another system, a set of spreadsheets or paper. Then we tell you honestly how clean it is.
- 03 Migration
Learners, parents and guardians, staff, classes and streams, fee balances, past payments and academic results. We do this, not you.
- 04 Setup
Fee structures, vote heads, curriculum, terms, approval chains and permissions, configured against how your school already works rather than a template.
- 05 Training
Your team, by role. The bursar does not need the same session as the class teachers. We retrain as staff change, at no extra cost.
- 06 Go live
Parents onboarded, and somebody from Enaton close by for the first weeks. Not a handover email.
