A school website that keeps itself up to date
Your school gets its own website, on its own domain. It reads your records, so fees and dates stay right.
What it does
It fills itself from your records
- Fees per term, boarding and day, with how to pay by paybill, till and bank
- Term dates and the events calendar, as your office updates them
- The results your school chooses to publish, and nothing it does not
Show all 6
- Staff and leadership, from the people already in the system
- Transport routes, from the routes you already run
- You tick what to show and see a preview of exactly what a parent will see
It does work, not only display
A brochure waits to be read. This one takes the enquiry. Everything a visitor sends lands in one inbox inside Enaton, and the people you name are told by SMS and in the portal, so a parent who asks on a Sunday evening is answered on Monday morning rather than lost in a form nobody checks.
- Admission applications online, with the documents you ask for, arriving as real applicants
- Enquiries, school visit bookings and one tap to reach you on WhatsApp
- Job applications for the vacancies you advertise, with CV and certificates attached
Show all 6
- Your own forms, for anything else you need to ask
- News with an alert bar across the site, for a closure or a deadline everybody must see
- Protected against spam, and every form still works on the most basic phone
A school website design that is yours
- Start from a design made for schools, then set your colours, fonts, logo and motto
- Two schools on the same design read as two different schools
- Colours are kept readable for you, so you cannot publish a page nobody can read
Show all 6
- Reorder, hide or add sections on any page, and add pages of your own for clubs, the PTA or chapel
- Over twenty pages ready to use, from About and Academics to Admissions, Fees, Gallery, Boarding, Uniform, Careers, Tenders and Alumni
- Hide any page you do not need, and the menu and search listings adjust themselves
Hosted, secured and looked after for you
This is the part a school should never have had to think about. Your site is live on a free address of the form yourschool.enatonsites.com the moment you publish. When you want your own domain, we buy it, set it up and watch its renewal date, so your website never goes dark because somebody forgot an invoice.
- Hosting, security certificate and protection against attacks, all handled
- Built to load quickly on an ordinary phone over an ordinary connection
- Set up properly for Google, so parents searching for your school find your school
Show all 4
- Updates arrive by themselves, with nothing for you to install
Safe to edit, by your own staff
- The same logins and permissions as the rest of Enaton: decide who writes news, who edits pages, and who may press Publish
- A private preview link to share with the head before anything goes public
- Nothing the public sees changes until you publish, so a half finished edit is never live
Show all 6
- Every publish is kept as a version, and any earlier one is restored in a click
- The system refuses to publish a site with placeholders where your name, address or phone should be
- A photograph of a child needs a consent tick before it can be shown, and every album carries a removal request link for parents
One school, or the whole group
An organisation can run one website for the whole group, a school can run its own, or both. Whoever edits more than one simply switches between them, with one login.
One platform. No developers to hire.
Add-ons come straight from Enaton, built on the platform you already run, and priced with your school.
- School website On your own domain, filled from your records.
- Digital school stamp Official on every receipt and report card.
- And more Extras built by Enaton, priced with your school.
What changes on Enaton
Before
- The fee structure online is a PDF from two years ago
- Changing one sentence means ringing the developer and paying again
- The contact form emails an address nobody at the school reads
- The security certificate lapses, and phones warn parents away from the site
- Hosting, the domain and renewals are somebody’s job, and that person has left
On Enaton
- Fees, term dates and events read from the records your office already keeps
- Your own staff edit any page, with a preview before anything goes public
- Enquiries, bookings and applications land in one inbox, and the right people are told
- Hosting, security and the certificate are ours to keep working, not yours
- We buy your domain, set it up and watch the renewal date for you

Why would your website live apart from your school?
A school website built by an agency is finished the day it is delivered and out of date the term after. The fee structure on it is from two years ago. The news stops in the month the developer was last paid. The security certificate has lapsed, so a parent’s phone warns them the site is unsafe. Nobody at the school can change a word of it without ringing the person who made it.
Meanwhile the school without a website is invisible to the parent searching for one, and its office answers the same four questions by phone all day: what are the fees, when does term open, how do I apply, where are you.
Both problems have one cause. The website was built as a separate thing. Everything a parent wants to know is already sitting in the system that runs the school, and the website cannot see any of it, so somebody has to type it again, and nobody does.
How Enaton handles it
Your website is part of Enaton, not a project beside it. It reads the same records your office works in every day. When the bursar updates the fee structure, the fees page is already right. When the calendar gains a sports day, the events page has it. When term dates move, every parent sees the new ones. Nothing is typed twice, which is the only reason a school website ever stays true.
And you do not build anything. There is no developer to brief, no hosting to buy, no certificate to renew. You choose one of the Enaton school designs, make it yours with your colours, logo and photographs, and press Publish. We host it, secure it and keep it fast, and it goes on improving as Enaton does.

Related modules
- Surveys and feedback Enaton lets a school ask its parents or its staff a set of questions and actually hear back.
- Parent portal One account for a parent, covering every one of their children, even when those children are at different schools in the group.
- Communication Enaton sends messages from inside the system that already knows who owes what, who is in which class and whose child was absent.
Questions we get about this
Do we need a web developer or a designer?
No. You choose one of the Enaton school designs, add your own words, colours and photographs, and publish. Your own staff make every change afterwards, from inside the staff portal, without touching any code.
Why is this better than the school website we already have?
Because it is wired to the system running your school. A separate website only knows what somebody typed into it, so it goes stale. This one reads your fee structure, term dates, events, results and staff directly, so it stays true without anybody maintaining it.
Can we use our own domain name?
Yes. Every school is live at once on a free address of the form yourschool.enatonsites.com. When you want your own, for example yourschool.sc.ke, you request it from inside Enaton and we buy it, set it up, secure it and watch its renewal for you.
6 more questions
Who hosts the website and keeps it secure?
We do. Hosting, the security certificate, protection against spam and attacks, speed and updates are all handled by Enaton. There is nothing for the school to install, renew or patch.
Will parents find our school on Google?
The site is set up properly for search engines from the first publish: clean addresses, a sitemap, page titles and descriptions, and pages that load quickly on a phone, which search engines reward.
Can parents apply for admission through the website?
Yes. A parent fills in the application and uploads the documents you ask for, and it arrives in Enaton as a real applicant rather than as an email. Enquiries, visit bookings and job applications work the same way.
What if somebody publishes a mistake?
Every publish is kept as a version, and any earlier version is restored in one click. Nothing the public sees changes until somebody with permission presses Publish, and a private preview link lets the head look first.
Can a group of schools have one website, or one each?
Either, or both. The organisation can run one site for the group while each school runs its own, and a person who edits more than one switches between them with a single login.
What does the school website cost?
It is an add-on from Enaton, priced with your school. There is no outside developer to pay and no second supplier, because the website runs on the same platform as the rest of your school.
