Finance

School fee and finance modules

Billing, payments on seven rails, collections, receipts, expenses and the general ledger. All of them read the same learner balance, which is why the fee report and the accounts agree.

Fee management Enaton manages school fees from the structure to the receipt. M-Pesa and bank payments Parents pay school fees by M-Pesa or straight from their bank, and Enaton records the payment against the right learner and the right votehead by itself. Collections and compliance Enaton chases school fee arrears without anybody sitting down to do it. Enaton Pay Every payment through Enaton produces a receipt straight away. Accounting Enaton keeps proper double entry accounts behind the fees, rather than exporting to something else and hoping it reconciles. Curriculum, exams and report card modules

CBC, 8-4-4 and Cambridge, each configured on its own terms rather than one approximated into another, and able to run alongside each other in the same school.

CBC Enaton runs CBC the way CBC is actually structured: learning areas, strands, sub strands and objectives, with competency based grading rather than a percentage wearing a new label. 8-4-4 Enaton runs 8-4-4 properly: subjects and their papers, marks entered once, grading and points applied by the rules your school sets, and mid term, end term, mocks and merged exams handled without rebuilding a spreadsheet each time.. Cambridge Enaton manages Cambridge and IGCSE schools in Kenya: year groups, subject options, the grading structures Cambridge actually uses, and reports in a format parents of international learners expect. Exams and report cards Enaton turns marks into reports without an end of term scramble.

Operations

Transport, attendance and back office modules

The daily running of the school: buses and routes, marking and review, procurement, stores and the library. Charges raised here land straight on the fee balance.

Transport Enaton runs school transport end to end. Attendance Enaton records attendance in a way that survives a real school day. Procurement Enaton runs school purchasing from the request to the payment. Stores and inventory Enaton tracks what the school owns and what it uses. Library Enaton manages the school library: catalogue the collection, issue and return books, know who currently has what, and report on stock and losses without counting the shelves..

People

Parent, staff and multi school modules

One parent account across every child and every school, messages that carry the live balance, payroll for staff, and a group view for boards running more than one school.

Parent portal One account for a parent, covering every one of their children, even when those children are at different schools in the group. Communication Enaton sends messages from inside the system that already knows who owes what, who is in which class and whose child was absent. Payroll Enaton runs school payroll against the same accounts as everything else. Multi school Enaton runs a group of schools from one place.

Control

Approvals, KEMIS and access control

The layer most school systems do not have. Nothing consequential happens without the signature the directors asked for, learner records stay ready for KEMIS, and everyone sees only what their role allows.
